About Heritage Realty...
Established in 1978, by local residents Geneva Goss Burwell and Pat Goss Needham, Heritage Realty has an extensive history of excellent service and integrity. From its original location at 2415 FM 1960 E., Heritage agents have served the Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita, Huffman and surrounding areas in all avenues of Real Estate transactions. In 2001, Gaelin Burwell Nichols, became the Broker of Heritage Realty, stepping into the leadership role vacated when Geneva chose semi-retirement. 2003 brought a change in location to 11335 FM 1960 E. in Huffman. Although the company address changed, the hometown feel and personal service have not.
